Facilitate processes and drive toward continuous development. Manage risks and escalate impediments to stakeholders. Performs scrum master duties. Help assure value delivery and drive program level continuous improvement. Support and manage the complete software delivery life cycle. Schedule and coordinate releases across multiple teams and projects. Focus on timelines, resources and quality to ensure they are accounted for. Communicate to key stakeholders all key project plans, commitments, and changes including new and existing requirements, QA plans, scheduling, and scope changes. Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business Go or No-Go assessment.

Help oversee larger organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional team projects, drive towards completion and bring visibility to upcoming milestones. Solve complex cross-functional workflows leveraging our deep understanding of strategic project planning. Set milestones and ensure the completion within the needs of the organization. Optimize decision-making, data quality and effective collaboration. Work with engineering teams to define metrics and dashboards needed to help deliver high quality, high performing, and highly adopted products at a fast pace in an iterative manner. Streamline execution, improve productivity and resolve development issues for the organization. Work with leaders to ensure daily project goals are being met and bigger picture programs are on track.
